  • Boolani
    Mixed chicken and lamb cooked in the chefs special Bengali traditional style
  • Bindya Chicken
    Stir fried chicken cubes, with mango chutney, mint, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and blend of exotic spices
  • Madras – chicken or lamb
    Fairly hot dish cooked in garlic, lemon juice and spice
  • Jalfreizi – chicken or lamb
    A thick curry sauce with a variety of herbs & spices, onion, green chilli, extensively spiced. Medium to hot
  • Korma – chicken or lamb
    A very mild dish cooked in cream and butter
  • Tikka Masala – chicken or lamb
    Choice of chicken or lamb, one of the all time favorites
  • Mixed Karahi
    Diced chicken & lamb tikka cooked in a medium strength gravy, fried tomatoes, capsicum, onion and chickpeas
  • Chicken or lamb Balti
    A Balti is a type of curry served in a thin, pressed steal work like “balit bowl”
  • Bhoona
    Cooked with onions, capsicum, tomato and delicately spiced medium strength
